Has been a pretty contemporary format of spreading art: online platforms such as online art magazines, where even emergent artists have great opportunities to show their work through online submissions, for several media and from a range number of nationalities. Globalization labels: aren’t only social media are a huge and massive interface of cultural masses, but some specific target group of consumers are also possible due to the online structure.
Magazines such the English one ”Average Art”, promotes highlights to those artists whose’s looking for a valious network, for instance. One of the most relevant artworks of my portfolio has been accepted to compose the 34th Edition. Firstly, I am really glad about being part of such a selection. In order to show my gratitude for such opportunity, and besides, promote one more time such an important layer of the formation of artists all over the world, I have started a ”promotion” where the first 10 people who buy the magazine and send me through Instagram the name of my artwork that was published (no, guys, I am not making any money about it.. keep reading the post), will earn a handmade necklace entirely for free, independent of their country or distance from my studio (thanks to cheap shipping) . It isn’t just like any other necklace. My necklaces are tiny artworks, fully handmade, always part of a series, being signed behind together which the serial number that is included, which usually are sold for similar prices when compared to the ”regular size” canvas, due to their singularity. Moreover, they are made with a careful technique using the smallest pencil that is possible, giving to the 3×1.5cm canvas a realistic treatment of the image accompanying several details such as delicate colour transitions into complex compositions, as well increasing the depth and special brightness to the represented forms.

So you may be wondering.. why the heck would I send for free 10 artworks for people if the magazine has nothing financially to do with me? That’s simple: We know people consume things when they earn stuff, especially unique and ”kind valuable” things that can be used almost every day. It is important to consume such magazines, check out some new emergent artists that you probably never heard about before. I am looking to motivate you to consume contemporary art, the art of a bunch of artists that make art, craft new things, new ideas, shape new media, new concepts. Honestly, I am not really with time to waste, once the two most important series of the last and probably next 3 or 4 years is about to be released on these next months, and I have been working insanely hard on their theories/concepts, scientific problems to solve and everything. Louvre’s finances are kind of being an issue as well, and due to it, some another surprise is upcoming. But, it isn’t a reason to ignore a great chance of motivating people to watch out new productions, otherwise, I would probably end up trying to convince you to buy this magazine edition just to check my one artwork there, that isn’t brand new.
So then, I can truly offer you the opportunity to 1) – Read some brand new and fresh artistic productions, and 2), earn a unique artwork for free.
All you need to do is to send me a message on Instagram (@vanniegama) or by e-mail, with the name of my artwork that is there, and then we will have a short talk, I will take your address and send you a ”previously unseen” miniature of canvas in a necklace format just and exclusively yours.
The first 10 ”winners” will be announced on my social media.
I would like to thank Average Art Magazine curator for, well, accepting my artwork on 34#edition.
And by the way, I am really sorry for haven’t posted my new portfolio and uploaded decently the website, but this month and the next are the ”hotspots” of my visual art degree: Bachelor final project to be defeated and the execution of the brand new series..which will be exhibited in a solo event on 26th June, Bauru, São Paulo – Brazil! – More information just in June.
Thank you for your time!
All the best.
